Shipping information

How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days. Deliveries take 7-21 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days.

 When will I receive tracking information:

Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please send us a email at humidatherapy@hotmail.com

Shipping Time:

NORWAY/EU orders usually take between 15-30 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.

We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking number.

If you have more than one item, its very likely you will receive them separately. Each item will have its own shipping code.
