Where are the products made?

All our products are made in China by carefully selected suppliers.
We handpick our manufacturers to make sure our customers receive the best humidifiers on the market.

Are the products safe?

Yes, our Home & Office collection have auto-turn off.

What are your payment methods?

We accept payment through PayPal and by VISA and Mastercard.

What happens when i place my order?

We will manually process your order to make sure everything is good to go. Your order will be processed within 24 hours.

You will then receive a order email with a tracking number and estimated time of arrival. For more information about the shipping process please check out our Shipping Information page

Where do you ship?

At the moment we only ship to Norway. However, send us a mail at humidatherapy@hotmail.com and we will help your if you wish to place an international order.

How long is the shipping time?

We estimate shipping time to be around 15-30 business days.

What happens if my product is damaged on delivery, or otherwise does not work?

In the case of damaged goods or failed delivery we will do everything in our power to make sure you get compensated. See our Returns page for more extensive refund information.

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
